This Privacy Policy applies to all of the websites offered by Acuity Brands, Inc.
or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies located in the United States (the “Site”).
We appreciate your trust that we will act responsibly with any information you share
through this Site.
Collection of Personal Information,
Financial Information and Information Sharing
The Site allows anonymous viewing of all public information on the Site. You can
view the information on these pages without telling us who you are. There may be
some pages on the Site that request certain personally identifying information from

Brands products, services, job openings or other transactions that you or your organization

on our computer servers in the United States. Any personal information collected

Acuity Brands does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from
children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our site is designed with
the purpose of attracting any person under age 13. We request that children do not
provide personally identifiable information through the Site.

the Site.
