Job Creation and Energy Efficiency Act
HR3221 - 112th Congress - HR 3221 would establish credit support for energy projects in buildings such as commercial, government, schools, etc. A cap of $25M is set for each project and the total cost of this bill is $15B through 2021. As of right now, no Republicans are co-sponsoring the legislation and a hearing has not been set to consider the bill.
