Watts within these areas may be traded among themselves.

•  Uncovered Parking Areas:
  •  Parking lots and drives - 0.15 w/sq.ft
• Building Grounds:
  • Walkways less than 10' wide - 1.0 w/linear foot
  • Walkways 10' wide or greater - 0.2 w/sq.ft
  • Plaza areas - 0.2 w/sq.ft
  • Special feature areas - 0.2 w/sq.ft
  • Stairways - 1.0 w/sq.ft
• Building Entrances and Exits:
  • Main entries - 30 w/linear foot of door width
  • Other doors - 20 w/linear foot of door width
• Canopies and Overhangs:
  • Free standing and attached - 1.25 w/sq.ft
• Outdoor Sales:
  • Open areas (including vehicle sales lots) - 0.5 w/sq.ft
  • Street frontage for vehicle sales (in addition to open area allowance) - 20 w/linear foot

Nontradable Surfaces

 Watts for any surface in these areas may only be used on that surface.  These allowances are in addition to any watts allowed under 'Tradable Surfaces' above.

• Building Facades:
  • Areas over 25' tall - 0.2 w/sq.ft
  • Areas less than or equal to 25' tall - 5.0 w/linear foot
• ATMs and Night Depositiories:
  • First occurance at a location - 270W
  • Each additional occurance - 90W
• Entrances and Gatehouse Inspection Stations at Guarded Facilities:
  • Uncovered areas - 1.25 w/sq.ft
  • Covered areas - included in Tradable Surfaces above
• Loading Areas of Law Enforcement, Fire, Ambulance and other Emergency Service Vehicles:
  • Uncovered areas - 0.5 w/sq.ft
  • Covered areas - included in Tradable Surfaces above
• Drive-through Windows at Fast Food Restaurants:
  • Each drive-through - 400W
• Parking Near 20-Hour Retail Entrances:
  • Each main entrance - 800W
