ASHRAE 90.1 - a minimum, code-intended, energy standard developed by ASHRAE and IES for new construction and major renovations and adopted by a variety of jurisdictions; 'recent' versions include:
- ASHRAE 100 - an EUI based energy standard for existing buildings developed by ASHRAE and IES (still under development by ASHRAE)
