EPAct 1992 - Key Points

EPAct provided for the following:

Required labeling of incandescent A-line and screw-based CFLs with energy cost info.
Set minimum efficacies for incandescent R30 and R40, plus incandescent, effective October 31, 1995.
Set minimum efficacies and CRI values for straight and U-bend fluorescent, effective for 4' and 8' lamps on October 31, 1995.

This is the legislation that eliminated the 150R40/FL, F40/CW, FB40/CW and F96T12/CW lamps.
